The Indian Ambassador to the Bahrain Kingdom, Piyush Srivastava, visited the workforce of Nasser S Al Al Hajri (NSH) workers at the Bahrain Petroleum (BAPCO) company on Friday.
He was accompanied by Ahmed Al Kaiki, an assistant under Secretary, Labor Ministry of Bahrain and Social Development and Delegation from the Indian Community Assistance Fund (ICRF), an autonomous body under the protection of the Indian Ambassador.
During a three-hour visit, the Indian Ambassador and others were happy with the accommodation and facilities provided by NSH including employee welfare, welfare, safety, health care, and management management to employees for interaction.
The camp tour was held by NSH management for ambassadors and other visitors to take them to all facilities spread in the large area of ​​311,153 square meters with more than 8,500 accommodation capacity of accommodation.
Extensive facilities are dedicated to the construction of the new Bapco refinery, under the Bapco Modernization (BMP) program.
During the camp tour, the ambassador had direct interaction with workers and visited their room.
Srivastava Ambassador and other delegates received feedback directly from workers about their welfare and satisfaction.
They then visited the worker room, along with other areas such as camp office, 24-hour clinic, special camp support crew, security area, kitchen facilities and home dining rooms, prayer rooms, laundry, recreation, sports, and other facilities related.
The Indian Ambassador was eager to watch the cricket match played by workers and also joined himself.
At the end of his visit, Srivastava said: “I know that this camp accommodates the largest Indian community in Bahrain and I have to say that this is one of the best camps that I have visited so far in connection with facilities, the accommodation, sports facilities, medical facilities and a way Workers are guarded by management.
During my interaction with workers, I saw that they were satisfied to hire Bahrain employees.
” The NSH workforce work camp entertains a large number of migrant workers, especially from the entire Asian continent and so on, with a large majority of India.
