Indian Navy passes the Dornier plane for Mauritius police on rent

New Delhi: The Indian Navy has submitted the Dornier Variants of the passenger to Mauritius police forces on rent, the Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday.
In his speech on Monday, Indian High Commissioner to Mauritius Nandini K Singla emphasized the friendly bonds and naval cooperation between Mauritius and India, a relationship that only developed over time, the ministry said in a statement.
“He highlighted that MSN 4059 (airplane registration number) was leased to MPF (Mauritius Police) by the Indian Navy with a free basis to support the increase in air operating loads at this time,” he said.
Singla also mentioned that next year, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will hand over the Dornier Variants of the new advanced passenger variant to Mauritius and this purchase has been facilitated by the credit path under the Mauritius government.
