New Delhi: Indian soldiers stand firm to fight any efforts to unilaterally change the status quo along the border of the state and India’s desire for peace born from strength and should not be wrong instead, said the head of the MM Naravane army on Friday.

Indian and Chinese soldiers were locked in military deadlock in East Ladakh since May 5, 2020, after clashes of violence erupted in the area of ​​Lake Pangong.
The two countries have carried out 14 military level talks to complete the deadlock.
“We stand firm to fight all efforts to unilaterally change the status quo along our borders.

Naravane said the army had institutionalized additional protection to prevent further efforts on military brinkmanship.
