Indira’s greenhouse is likely to be reopened soon

HubbalLi: Indira Gandhi’s greenhouse in Mg Hubballi Park, designed on the Bengaluru Glass House line, will soon be reopened for visitors.
It has been renovated at the cost of RS 3 Crore with the initiative by Hubballi-Dharwad Smart City Limited (HDSCL).
Indira’s greenhouse was founded in 1977.
Governor Karnataka Umashankar Dixit inaugurated it.
The place is the most common place in the city, holding concerts, political conventions, and other events.
Before it got a pine tree under the City City project, a greenhouse in a bad condition.
There is no gate to limit people to enter it.
Recently Ravikumar Surpur, Secretary Daudan for the Dharwad district, checked greenhouse work and directed HDSCL to open it.

Basavaraj Dharmanti, DGM HDSCL, said the greenhouse was in poor condition when “we took it for rebuilding.
Now, almost all work is finished.”
