Avesh Khan and Venkatesh Iyer have been chosen for the Indian team for the T20 series that will come against New Zealand.

The last Indorean to play for India is Syed Mushtaq Ali who has been chosen by CK Nayyadu who is legendary, the first captain of India, also an indor.
Ali played his final international match in 1952.
After seven decades of long waiting, Indore erupted joyfully because of the inclusion of Khan and Iyer were announced.
