Gurgaon: The Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) has chosen to extend the deadline place for DLF to finish the forthcoming civic infrastructure function at DLF-1, 3 and 2 to their handover to the company.
“The deadline is going to be extended because there’s lack of work.
No work has been completed in the past two months because of lockdown.
Since the lockdown constraints facilitates, we’ll call a meeting of their MCG officials along with DLF to assess the position of work completed to its handover and will subsequently put a fresh deadline,” explained Hariom Attri, joint commissioner-3, MCG.
From the meeting held in February, DLF had filed a tentative deadline to finish the impending job between July and December.
On the other hand, the MCG officials discovered that the deadline overly long and had set a deadline of June 30.
“Approximately 70 percent to 80% of their job, associated with streets are finished from the DLF-1 and two.
This is the position prior to the lockdown had been executed.
But the vast majority of work remains pending from the DLF-3.
We’ve been able to convene a meeting and talk about the takeover,” stated a senior MCG official.
DLF officials didn’t comment on the issue.
The takeover of both DLF-1, 3 and 2 had been declared by chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar at 2016.
