Before this week, Gurgaon found its first public census camp in a corporate website because the Haryana state health division partnered with e-commerce company Parkand Candor TechSpace to perform a drive-through vaccination camp at Sector 48.
The camp has been organised in the Sector 48 workplace of Candor TechSpace also it provided 250 dosages of Covaxin to taxpayers over age 45.
The camp, unlike most many others before it, didn’t need pre-registration to get a slot machine and watched several walk-ins, or even instead drive-ins.
The Parkapp enabled citizens to assess real time access to vaccination slots.
Discussing the initiative,” Dr Virender Yadav, CMO Gurugram, states,”Within the past two months, our team has fully been in a position to assist 45+ citizens to get away by the security of the vehicles.
For drive-through vax camps, Gurugram Health Department has tied up Parkto handle the implementation, communication and technology for all these camps.
With assistance from both state and central authorities and private players such as Park, we aspire to keep on serving the inhabitants of Gurgaon with such camps” A resident indicates the access to slots in the vaccination campThis was not Gurgaon’s initial tryst with drive-through peaks for COVID vaccination.
During the past couple of weeks, the town has witnessed several such peaks.
These have proven to be popular amongst residents also, who believe it’s safer to have vaccinated at the security of a person’s automobile as opposed to see a hospital at the moment.
