Nagpur: The hands of a 15-year-old girl broke out while her 10-year-old brother suffered bruises after they tried to prevent anti-encroachment drive Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) in Wardhaman Nagar.
This episode involved a former member of the Nandkishore Sharma City Nandkishore Committee who sold fast food on the handcart at Wardhaman Nagar.
According to Sharma, he has obtained a license from NMC to run his business.
On July 26, the NMC anti-encroachment squad visited Wardhaman Nagar to repel handcart and other encroachment from the path and road.
“During the drive, the anti-encroachment was led by the Inspector of Enforcement of Anil Kamble began to seize my kiosk,” Sharma Toi said.
“Immediately, my daughter, Palak (15) and Aditi (10), told me about the NMC drive because I went to the hospital for an examination.
I told them to show the Hawking license officials we got from NMC.

“I saw the signs of Lathi in the right hand of the palate while Aditi bruised in his left hand,” Sharma said in a complaint to the additional Municipal Ram Joshi commissioner.
Sharma also filed a complaint at the Nandanwan police station against the NMC team for injuring her daughter.
Meanwhile, the additional city commissioner Ram Joshi assured the victims of the actions against ‘guilt’.
