Mumbai: Inpatient in Covid Daily in the city has increased by 15% in the last four days amid a sharp increase in the case.
The jumbo centers managed by Civic compete against time to add beds, while private hospitals have begun to consuming many of their non-covid wards to the Covid section.
On Monday, 574 people were received in various city hospitals, up from 503 on Sunday, 389 on Saturday and 497 on Friday.
Some hospitals have begun to record the increase in ICU receipts, including many who come directly with low oxygen saturation levels.

Neelam Andrade said they planned to activate all 2,738 beds on January 10 and recruit health workers every day.
