Ahmedabad: If you have trouble trouble with your sleep schedule, you might have tried everything under the moon to help you get a restorative sleep that is not disconnected at night.
You might lose something – cleanliness sleep – it doesn’t mean a good shower before going to bed! Strong sleep cleanliness means having a bedroom environment and a daily routine that promotes consistent and unbroken sleep.
Recently, researchers in the Department of Medical Public Medicine BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad interviewed 208 individuals whether they got the right sleep results.
At least 27.9% of respondents claimed that they were very often experiencing difficult to sleep, while 51.4% of respondents felt sleepy and tired at least 2 days a week.
Also 57.2% of respondents said they slept for 5-7 hours.
But how does someone put myself to sleep.
About 55% of respondents claimed they read books, magazines on the bed, while 78% said they needed to calm down to take a nap.
“About 47.9% of respondents desperately agreed that sleep was very important for them and that it was very impact on their health and work,” Study by a doctor of the doctor BJ Medical College Dr Dhaval Parekh, Vedanti Dave and Tattvam Shah claimed.
The study also highlights the coping mechanism to deal with difficulty sleeping.
About 37.8% of respondents said they avoid using bright screens and gadgets at least 2-3 hours before going to bed.
