Meta (Facebook) that social media has is expanding its features to make Instagram stories more interactive.
The social media platform has announced a new feature called ‘Add yours’ which will allow you to add interactive stickers to your story.
This feature was originally tested in Japan and Indonesia and is now available globally.
After you add the sticker to your story, other users can use the ‘Add your property in it and can share their own images or videos with your story by making new utas.
For example, you can post the story of “Outfit of the Day” and then ask their followers to add them to this sticker.
To use this feature you must update the Instagram application to the latest version.
Users can use this tool by selecting it from the navigation bar at the top after capturing or uploading content to your story.
Then you can choose the ‘Add your property’ sticker to start the public.
On the other hand, you can also reply to the sticker ‘Add yours by pressing the option and put your own story to be part of the chain.
This new sticker is very similar to the “duet” tiktok feature, which allows people to use original videos to create content.
Although, Instagram features are somewhat different, because it allows you to see other people’s posts in the content chain, while Tiktok does not display all duet videos uploaded from the original Tiktok account.
The availability of this new global sticker intends to allow users to collaborate and share their interests, because Instagram tries to compete with other social media networks.
Interactive stickers are available to add to your story on the social media platform including – slider, mention, quizzes and pollings.
Instagram previously announced that he was also working on the children’s version of this application because this application was only available for users over the age of 13 and not really the child-friendly version.
The Instagram Kids application has not been led and is currently ongoing work.
Instagram also took another initiative to find out the date of birth of all users to “protect young people” in the community.
Users who do not want to reveal their birthday will be asked for the same thing several times and ultimately must express their age if they want to continue using this social media platform.
