Instagram is testing new features that allow users to add music to their feed posts, something similar to rolls and Instagram stories.
India is one of several countries where the company is testing the feature.
The other two are Brazil and Turkey.
With this feature, Instagram plans to provide users to add a soundtrack to photos of their bait.
Support for adding music is available in Instagram stories and Instagram rolls.
However, when users roll posted short videos; Instagram’s story disappeared after 24 hours.
There is no expiration for the insta bait post.
According to the company, this feature is being tested with a small percentage of the Global Community Instagram and expanded based on learning and feedback from the Instagram community.
How can users add music to their feed posts on Instagram: ● Upload photos of your bait (following ordinary steps) ● Click Add music ● Find certain songs in the ‘Search’ field or browse music in ‘Trending’ or ‘for parts Prompt you ● Select the song you want to add to your photo.
● After the user clicks on the song, it will be taken to the audio page that displays all the bait posts that have used the song.
● Users can then choose the duration of the clip (similar to the story) and choose the length of time they like to enter (up to x seconds) ● Click Finish and then share it
