Install CCTV CAMS, Increase Public Transportation: Residents of Gr Noida

Greater Noida: citing security issues and crossing traffic movements, Greater Noida residents on Monday requested local development authorities to install CCTV cameras on all roundabouts in the city.
The population also requested authority to add public transportation and introduce a fleet of at least 50 city buses.
The carrier of the federation office of the welfare association in the city met with Chief Executive Officer Narendra Bhoooshan on Monday and highlighting the problem in finding public transportation while traveling in the city.
“Authority has never focused on strengthening feeder services between metro stations and housing blocks.
People must use private vehicles at any time,” said Sector 36 residents, Kailash Bhati.
He added that it was very difficult to find automatic rickshaws at night.
Devendra Tiger, President Federation, said that a bus depot was established in Kasna.
“But very few buses are run from depots that can be used by residents.
Most buses drop passengers at Pari Chowk.
So more options are needed for the last miles connectivity.” Another suggestion of occupants is to introduce a sophisticated traffic management system on lines Noida.
Because of the absence of CCTV cameras and the right infrastructure, accelerating and violating traffic norms turn into a big problem, the residents said.
