Bengaluru: Intel Corporation has announced the appointment of Santthosh Viswanathan as the Implementing Director, Sales, Marketing and Communication Group (SMG) for Intel India.
Santhosh is a vice president in the sales, marketing and communication group.
He will be responsible for the overall Intel business in India, including riding new income opportunities, involved with local ecosystems, and strengthening existing customer relations and partners.
In his previous role, Santhosh was the implementing director for Southeast Asia and Australia / New Zealand in the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
In one of the previous Intel roles, he was a global operations director for regional sales groups, managing sales operations, strategies & planning for global sales personnel.
Santhosh has a technical degree in industrial engineering and management and a master’s degree in business administration.
Santhos said, “After starting my Intel’s career in India about two decades ago, this was truly a homecoming that was interesting to me.
I am happy to be able to lead our operations here to take advantage of Indian explosive growth at this critical technology inflection point in the journey of digital transformation And show how our technology will make a difference in one of the most important markets in the region.
