MUMBAI: IMD Mumbai on Tuesday morning issued a nowcast warning saying that moderate to extreme bouts of rains were anticipated to occur at isolated locations in areas of Mumbai and Thane throughout the subsequent few hours.
KS Hosalikar, scientist IMD, tweeted there is a chance of several intense bouts of rains towards town side regions such as Colaba, CST, Worli and adjacent components for coming 2-3 hours.
Components of Thane and Navi Mumbai happen to be recording mild storms because Tuesday morning.
At the 24 hours ending Tuesday morning at 8.30am, IMD Colaba observatory has listed no rains and IMD Santacruz observatory has listed 0.8millimeter rains.
