Gurgaon: The corporation of the city of Gurgaon (MCG) on Friday issued orders requested officials to ensure that no unauthorized construction occurred in a limited area of 900 meters around the Depot Ammunition IAF.
The Civic body has also provided direction to officials that demolition must be carried out on the same day they get information about any illegal construction.
Assistant engineers and junior engineers have been directed to visit a limited area twice a week to check illegal construction and submit weekly reports.
“Construction activities in this field must be stopped completely and if there is a violation there is a case incorporated to issue the same notification and demolition on the same day when construction has been detected,” read orders released on Friday.
MCG has divided the limited zone around the air transport station into three bags to ensure a better enforcement.
Pocket 1 Including Maruti Udhyog Near Mandir to Gurgaon One Apartment (Devi Lal Park), Nobal Farm Entering the main installation in sector 23a, Jai Vihar divided the main entries of the road in sector 23a, Carterpuri Cremation Ground and Park Dharam Colony to McG Gaushala.
For Pocket 1, the Sunder Sheron Executive Engineer is an enforcement-in-charge officer.
Pocket 2 Includes the Air Force Mess near the old DLF, Sector 14, Sector 18, Sukhrali Enclave to Maruti Udhyog left side along with Ammunition Depot, Kamdhenu Chowk Ashok Vihar-III (complete) to Rasta Rasta, Liquor Shop Before Sector 5 Circle Chowk , Sector 12A Road Rajiv Nagar West (Complete) to Crpf Camp P Junction, Rajiv Nagar (Complex) Sanjay Gram to Atul Kataria Chowk.
Executive Engineer Tushar Yadav is a Pocket Enforcement Officer 2.
Pocket 3 including Rasta Liquor Shop Revenue to Sheetla Colony (complete) Amanpura Village Gurgaon and Sheetla Mandir’s eyes.
