BELOGIVAVI: District Police investigated the interfaith murder case found that the leader and member of the Hindutva owned by Sri Rama Sene Hindustan received a contract to kill Arbaaz Mullah from the parents of a girl involved in a romantic relationship.

Police have now arrested 10 people in connection with murder, conspiracy and destruction of evidence.
Arbaaz works as a used car broker.
The investigation also revealed that Arbaaz’s torso and legs were cut using saws before the body was thrown into the railroad track in Khanapur in the Bethobavi.
He was killed on September 28.
The police said that the body was cut to make it a train accident.
The defendant was identified as a pundalika aka Maharaja Nagappa Mutagekara (39), Khanapur Taluk President Sri Rama Hindustan, Kutbuddin Allahbaksha BEFFAR (36), Shushila Erappa Kumbara (42), girl ‘mother, girl’ father, Maruti Prahlad Sugate (30), Manjunatha Tangarama (25), Ganapati Gnaneshwar Sugate (26), Prashanth Kallappa Patil (28) Praveen Shankar Pujeri (28), Shridhar Mahadev finished (31).
All are members of Sri Rama Sene Hindustan.
Bellagavi SP Laxman Nimbaragi holds the press meeting said Mutagekara took a contract to kill Arbaaz and rest involved in the murder.
The police have produced all the defendants in front of the court.

Mutagekara and other defendants fled after the incident.
