Thiruvananthapuram: The young interface pair has caused accusations that the husband belongs to the caste community scheduled, brutally attacked by a sister, who belongs to the community in front of Christianity.
Police Chirayinkezhu under the rural district police have registered a case, asking the relevant parts of the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes (prevention of cruelty) acting and launching the defendant’s search.
Midhun Krishnan, 26, and Deepthi George, 24, is a couple who has caused allegations of abuse.
Deepthi’s sister, Denmark George, who is a doctor by the profession, has escaped following the incident, police said.
The police also said that the allegations of crime took place on Sundays outside the Deepthi residence.
This case was registered on Monday after Midhun Ambika’s mother filed a complaint to the Chiraykezezhu police.
Mithun Krishna is currently undergoing treatment at Medical College Hospital and his statement has not been recorded.
Speaking to the media, Deepthi alleged that her brother attacked Mithun Krishna after he refused to accept his family’s offer to enter Christianity or withdraw from relationships.
The family even offered Mithun Krishna’s money to call a wedding with him, he accused.
Attingal DSP Suneesh Babu, who led the investigation, said that the special team had been formed and sent to Tamil Nadu to look for the defendant who fled.
The police have collected camera recording supervision from the alleged attack.
DSP also said that even though young couples had collected allegations of forced religious conversion efforts, complaints submitted by Ambika did not mention this.
The investigation team also takes legal opinions regarding the steps that must be taken on this if the pair stands firm for this accusation and their statement will be recorded later.
According to the police, Deepthi allegedly married to Mithun Krishna, who worked as a data entry staff at the Akshaya Center at Kadakkavoor, during early October 29.
On the same day, they appeared before the police Chirayinkezu and Deepthi told them he wanted to go with Mithun Krishna.
His father and brother were also present at the station.
A day later, his father and brother visited Mithun’s house and invited them to their church to talk about the marriage.
That’s when they were suspected of demanding Mithun to enter Christianity.
He immediately rejected this request.
On their way back, they were taken to Deepthi’s house to meet his mother.
But his mother was allegedly refused to let them go home.
Next, the family of the wife starts a fight with Mithun Krishna and his friends, who accompanied them.
It was during this upheaval, the alleged slurest used to fight Mithun and he was destroyed by the brother of the wife of Danish George, the police said.
