Bengaluru: Political, written or oral disorders, in transfers and post officers will result in public office politicization and imperile efficiency and good administration, said the Karnataka High Court when it comes to rescue d naveen, assistant engineer (electricity).

Allowing its request, justice M Nagaprasana noted that illegal results were the continuation of S Mahadev in Varthur (O & M), Bescom, and transferred the applicant to Rajananke.

The judge was referred to as a “strange” practice adopted by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited in transferring his personnel to anywhere ESCOM.
KPTCL is an organization of Mother and Naveen and Mahadev is an employee at Bescom.
“KPTCL issued a transfer order that transferred officers to the office that came in ESCOM Holding the transfer sequence issued by the KPTCL was left in the limbo, “said the judge.
