New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday looks for the Stand of the Center and the Delhi Police Chief Rakesh Asthana about the litigation of public interest challenging his appointment.
Chairman of the Chairman of the Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh issued a notice of a notification submitted by one Sadra Alam and registered a problem to hear further on September 8, NGO center for litigation of public interest (CPIL), which has challenged the appointment before the Supreme Court.
However, during the trial, General Tushar Mehta’s lawyer, on the grounds that “Intermeddler” and “Pet Pet Petitioners” could not be allowed to challenge the appointment of IPS Gujarat-cadres officers as Delhi Police Commissioner.
