New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday looks for the Stand of the Center and the Delhi Police Chief Rakesh Asthana about the litigation of public interest challenging his appointment.
Chairman of the Chairman of the Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh issued a notice of a notification submitted by one Sadra Alam and registered a problem to hear further on September 8, NGO center for litigation of public interest (CPIL), which has challenged the appointment before the Supreme Court.
However, during the trial, General Tushar Mehta’s lawyer, on the grounds that “Intermeddler” and “Pet Pet Petitioners” could not be allowed to challenge the appointment of IPS Gujarat-cadres officers as Delhi Police Commissioner.
“This is not a Mantar or Ramlila Maidan,” SG argues, adding that the applicant “does not have a business that challenges the promise of meeting and reveals his doubts about” applicants made by the Petitioner “who followed the” systematic pattern “made by all government appointments.
Interestingly, Bhushan also opposes natural requests, claiming that it is a motivated petition only submitted to thwart the petition of the CPIL.
Appears for NGOs, Bhushan states that nature applications are mala fide and “complete copy pasta” of the pending application in front of the APEX court.
Even when the court is high allowing him to intervene, Bhushan clarified that he did not intend to argue before the court when the NGO request was waiting before the Supreme Court.
SG Mehta also marked this problem, on the grounds that nature “seems to have copied and followed a dangerous path from Bhushan (NGO advice) .
The debut must be stopped.
“He told the court that the applicant had to be investigated.” It’s very serious …
too much to coincidental that the same type error is possible, “he added even when he was looking for time to respond to the petition to merit and said the court had to hear” the affected officer “Also before the order is forwarded.
BS Bagga, advice for nature, states that the application is not a” copy-paste “product and is a genuine petition.
But the High Court refrained from expressing views on this issue.
In His petition before the High Court, Nature has been searching for a statement of July 27 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs appointed asthana as a Delhi Police Commissioner and also orders that gave representatives between cadres to him.
