MUMBAI: International colleges are currently stepping in to bail their foreign-bound pupils, whose academic programs were impeded from the vaccine shortage.
Schools are working with private colleges to maintain immunisation camps for all these pupils and their own staff.
A number of these pupils are predicted to fly out at the coming weeks but the faked 84-day gap between dosages of Covishield vaccine can delay them, whereas the rule is more relaxed.
Approximately 98 percent of pupils from the training class in Dhirubhai Ambani International School intend to study overseas.

The Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital was roped into organise a driveway on May 24 for over 100 pupils immunised.
Surabhi Goel, CEO Of Aditya Birla World Academysaid they had numerous requests from pupils.
“Luckily, the (Birla) team was holding a driveway for our team and we managed to include pupils also.
Approximately 60 pupils had shown interest once we floated the strategy, thus we put up a different counter for these,” said Goel.
She stated a couple of alumni, that had postponed their linking plans this past year, also engaged.
The Cathedral and John Connon School has approximately 97 students in the graduating class that are scheduled to venture out in August-September.
