SRINAGAR: Mobile (Voice Call) and Broadband Services taken after the death of the former leader of Hurriyat Syed Ali Shah Geelani on September 1 will be restored on Friday, the Kashmir Zone Police (IGP) Vijay Kumar.
Thanking the public for his cooperation in maintaining law and order in the last two days, the IGP added that the situation in the valley remained peaceful.
Previously on that day, Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh said that the police would review and return the Internet immediately.
