Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Friday asked the State Minister Nawab Malik if he was careful while uploading the NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, who showed interpolation (suspicious insertion) in it.

In addition, the statement of Almarnya that he is Muslim, married a Hindu and repentant is also annexed.
Advocates Wankhede Arshad Shaikh said Sameer Sameer Wankhede, the original birth certificate may have been submitted at school, and produced by Malik has the name Dawood which was repaired to Dhyandev.
He said because of the arrest of his son, Malik, to reply in Sameer, making accusations including those who directed his family without evidence.
Shaikh said though the lawsuit, Malik continued to tweet and hold pressers.
He said Malik in the past attack Anna Hazare and “attack (the) ex-cm and his wife”.
Onul Damle’s senior advocate, for Malik, said Wankhede had not produced a copy of Xerox from the original birth certificate to show it contradictory.
Judge Jamdar said there seemed to be interpolation in the one produced by Malik and verification was very important.
“The Supreme Court has argued that the right to privacy is part of Article 21 (the right to life) and it is fundamental rights,” he added.
He agreed with Shaikh that if it concerned a public official, there were parameters specifically putting that said verification must be done.
“Do you admit there is interpolation?” Jamdar justice asked.
Damle answers only ‘samir’ in capital letters.
Justice Jamdar added “There are also different handwriting” on the certificate.
The judge said verification by a laby man different from a minister.
“You get it very easily.
The general public must submit a RTI application, appeal, the second appeal.
If a document shows interpolation, don’t be careful? Therefore what care you have taken when the document shows clear interpolation?” Asked justice Jamdar.
Damle replied, “Because it came from the public authority (BMC), I posted it.
I think it’s original.” Near the argument, Damle said, “If you hold on to me (Malik), it must be between the Plaintiff and the Defendant and not party workers and followers.
Otherwise for every tweet, I will be responsible.
