New Delhi: Driven by bullish sentiment in equity, the company’s market capitalization registered in BSE jumped to all time highs from Rs 2,47,30,108.97 Crore on Monday.
Extending the momentum of his victory for the third session, the BSE 30-Share Sensex benchmark ended 765.04 points or 1.36 percent higher at 56,889.76, the highlight of the new closure.
During the day, it jumped 833.55 points to HIFETIME HIGH 56,958.27.
In three days, benchmarks have risen 945.55 points.
Thanks to the victory run in equity, the company’s market capitalization registered in BSE was enlarged to Rs 2,47.30.108.97 Crore.
Investors have become richer than Rs 5,76,600.66 Crore in three days of market rally.
The 30-shared BSE index has closed above the 56,000 mark for the first time on Friday.
“Stocks soared throughout the day on positive global cues supported by Fed comments,” said S Ranganathan, head of research at LKP Securities.
Bharti Airtel is the biggest enhancer among the 30-sharing frontline package, followed by Axis Bank, Tata Steel and Titan.
Tech Mahindra, Nestle India, Infosys and TCS are Lambgard.
In a broader market, BSE MIDCAP and small indices rose to 1.72 percent.
“In particular, the Dovish Commentary of the Chair of the Federal Reserve at the Jackson Hole Symposium raised investor sentiment globally,” said Bines Modi, Head – Strategy at Reliance Securities.
