New Delhi: Equity investors have grown richer with Rs 25.46,954.71 Crore in the first three months of fiscal today, driven by optimistic market sentiment.
30-Share BSE Sensex has enlarged 2,973.56 points or 6 percent so far this fiscal.
The BSE benchmark index reached a high of 53,126.73 highs on June 28.
It registered a record closing 52,925.04 on June 25.
Reflecting optimistic sentiment, market capitalization of BSE companies reached the peak of Rs 2.31, 58,316.92 Crore on June 15 this year.
The market capitalization of companies registered in BSE touched $ 3 trillion (around Rs 220 lakh crore) on May 24.
Throughout the fiscal year 2020-21, the market capitalization of BSE companies was enlarged RS 292,057.95 Crore to Rs 2, 04,30,814,54 Crore.
The benchmark of the 30-share BSE rose 20,040.66 points or 68 percent of the last fiscal, challenging a lot of uncertainty due to led covid disorders.
Market analysts said the benchmarks currently floated near the highest record was largely due to gradual pickup in economic activities when countries began to open and increase vaccination.
Also, the performance of the company’s Q4 FY21 income is better than expected to support the market uptick.
The BSE 30-Share index sets 66.95 points or 0.13 percent lower at 52,482.71 on Wednesday.
