TEHERAN: Iranian paramilitary revolutionary guards held large military exercises throughout the country in the country on Monday amid increasing tensions of the Tehran nuclear program, state TV report.
The Aerospace Guard division, land forces and naval troops joined in the five-day training, the report said, with maritime forces set to maneuver in the strategic strait hormuz, narrow gateway to 20% of the oil traded in the world.
This exercise came a few days after talking to revive Tehran’s nuclear agreement which was tattered with the power of the world breaking in Vienna.
Iran has accelerated its nuclear progress as a negotiation to return to the struggle for the struggle to make progress, worrying about Israel and other regional rivals.
Israel has repeatedly threatened unilateral action against Iran’s nuclear program.
General Gholamali Rashid, a top guard commander, swred hard response to Israeli military actions against Iran.
Iranian forces will launch “destroyer attacks on all basees, centers, lanes, and space used to carry out aggression without delay,” Semi-official Mehr news agency quoted it.
“Every threat to the nuclear base and the Iranian military by the Zionist regime cannot occur without the support of green light from the United States,” he said.
Earlier on Monday, residents in Bushehr, about 700 kilometers (440 miles) in the south of the Iranian capital, Tehran, reported seeing light in the sky and heard a loud explosion near the bushehr nuclear power plant.
It was the second time this month suddenly a sudden anti-aircraft shooting before midnight near Iran’s nuclear facility, which according to Iranian forces was then described as a drill for the missile defense system into the air.
