Is Chia seeds effectively to lose weight?

First, let’s understand what Chia seeds are?

But the question arises, does Chia seeds really effective?

It is said that consuming two tablespoons of Chia seeds every day can help you lose weight because it has almost 10 grams of fiber.
The high-fiber diet has been associated with weight loss because they keep you more complete for a longer period of time.
But the reality is, there is not enough research to support this theory.
There are several studies that show promising results, but there is not enough data to prove the theory.
There was a research by the National Institutes of Health aimed at determining the efficacy of Chia seeds.
A group of 26 participants consumed 35 g of Chia flour a day.
The group is divided into two subgroups.
One group consumed Chia flour while the others did not.
After 12 weeks, there was no difference in weight loss between the two groups.
However, people in the Chia group face a change of weight.
The participants who experienced obesity at the beginning of the study lost more weight than those who did not experience obesity at first.
Some studies show that Chia itself cannot help lose weight, but is effective when combined with other forms of weight loss techniques.
Chia seeds can help people who eat a low-calorie diet to lose weight, even though the evidence for this is not enough.
There is a need for more comprehensive and well-designed studies on the effects of Chia seeds on weight loss and overall health are needed.
In the end, it’s all about paying attention to the whole of your diet and routine exercise when it comes to losing weight – not about eating more (or less) than one particular meal.
