Is the T20 WC title depending on the flip coin?

Dubai: A team may be blessed with the fastest bowler, the most destructive BATSMEN, the most complicated spinner, and the sharpest fielder, but will the fate of the T20 World Cup rest only on the results of a coin throw? Until Friday, nine of the 10 Super 12 second round matches in the tournament were won by the second batting team.
The only exception was Scotland’s defeat of 130-run Afghan in Sharjah where they won the throw, as big as the first, stacking 190 before rejecting their opponents only for 60 in the shade.
On Thursday, the opening of Batsman David Warner led Australia for a seven-goal victory over Sri Lanka in Dubai with opposition bowlers who had several answers in the Haben night match.
Warner claimed to look second to remain an advantage after he reached the form with 65 of 42 deliveries.
“I think you can only judge bowling first what you have to do from batting groups, I think it gives you a little top edge,” Warner said.
“But again, if someone gets 190 or 200, you have to try hard.
I think if you bat, you must have intention, even when you stared first.” He added: “You actually have to try and rate as fast as you can and try and put the total above par, especially here.” Maheesh Theekshana returned his desert from his fourth of the mystery of the round and even though Wanindu Hasaranga took two goals, Australia subsided to the 155-run victory target at 17 overs.
However, Theekshana played the importance of a coin throw that seems to play a key role in three places in the United Arab Emirates.
“Actually I don’t think like that because there is no dew today,” Thekshana said about being asked about trends to win the throw and win the match.
“That’s a good goal.
They are better than us.” Besides Afghanistan, Bangladesh has become the only team in the second stage that must be chosen to delay first after winning a throw.
Tiger performed poorly got par 124 under 124 for nine when England overhauled the total with 35 balls and eight wickets spent in Abu Dhabi.
Indian captain Virat Kohli awaits the match of his team from the tournament on Sunday but has predicted that the lottery will be very important in the tournament.
“Throws will definitely be a big factor in this tournament especially if dew keeps crawling at the end of the match,” Kohli said after losing 10-goal India for Pakistan’s rival.
“You need an extra run in the first round.” On Friday, meanwhile, Captain Bangladesh Mahmuditlah Riyad won the throw against the West Indies defense champions in Sharjah and continued the trend by also choosing a bowl first.
He will hope he is right as the third defeat at the Super 12s will rule them from making the semi-finals.
