Is the technique running a course in Telangana?

Hyderabad: Engineering No more seems to be a travel course because reception for B-Tech see the trend of decline over the past few years.
Many students now choose other courses and some choose to study outside the state.
Every year, around 30,000 seats will be empty, resulting in hundreds of colleges closed for the past five to six years.
B-Pharmacy, BSC Nursing, are some courses chosen by students instead of engineering.
“At present, the situation is such that the technique means computer science.
All other courses are almost closed and there is absolutely no request for courses such as mechanics, civil, electricity, between other engineering courses,” said V Balakrishna Reddy, Faculty, Electrical Engineering Department & Electronics (Eee) and President, Telutana Technical Institutes Association (TTIEA) employees.
Balakrishna Reddy said that while there were 20,000 seats in the field of electrical engineering around 2014-15, the number is now reduced to 7,000 seats in the state.
The same thing with other core engineering courses – civil, mechanical, among others – because they are all united by 40% of the total engineering seats in the state.
Although there were 1,05,419 seats for 2021-22 in 175 engineering colleges, around 60% of these seats were in computer science engineering, including new technological courses emerged.
During the last academic year, the number of engineering universities in accordance with all Indian Councils for Technical Education (AICTE) was 185.
This year has been reduced by 10.
In 2015-16, the number of engineering universities reached 266.
A year earlier, there were more than 300 colleges in the state.
Students, parents and faculties say that one of the main reasons why not many who prefer technical courses is due to lack of employment opportunities.
Even numbers from Aicte reveal the same thing.
While the total intake in technical courses is more than one lakh in the 2020-21 academic year, almost no 27,240 was chosen in placement.
“My older daughter completed her technique in 2017.
He tried to secure a job but is now preparing for government examinations & banks,” said a Srinivas, a parent.
