Israel briefly fucked South Lebanon after militant rocket shots

Jerusalem: Israeli soldiers fired several rounds of artillery to South Lebanon on early Tuesday in a brief response to rockets that were fired into a few hours earlier by militants in neighboring countries.
There were no injuries reported on both sides during the battle, because most projectiles fell in open areas.
One rocket from Lebanon was intercepted by the Israeli missile defense system, known as Domes Iron, while the second one fell without causing damage.
The Lebanese army then said it had thwarted efforts with militants to fire third rockets.
There was no faction in Lebanon who claimed responsibility for rockets, but an Israeli military official, talked about anonymous condition, said officials believed that rockets had been fired by Palestinian militants based in Lebanon.
The incident underlined the fragility of the situation at the Israeli-Lebanon border, where there was regular tension between the Israeli military and Hezbollah, the Shia militia supported by Iran that accommodated above most of the South Lebanon and did not recognize Israel’s sovereignty.
There are also occasional attacks by Palestinian militants based in Lebanon.
Lebanese economic accident, and the released social instability, has caused some fear that the security situation on the southern border might become more unpredictable.
In a speech on Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett from Israel said that Lebanon was “on the verge of collapse,” added, “we will not accept the leak of the situation in Israel.” Benny Gantz, Israeli Defense Minister, has written before on Twitter that Israel “will not allow the social, political and economic crisis in Lebanon to turn into security threats for Israel.” He called the international community to take action to restore stability in Lebanon.
The exchange was the first battle since mid-May, when Palestinian guerrillas in Lebanon fired several rockets to Israel in solidarity with militants in Gaza led by Islamic Hamas groups which were then in the midst of 11-day air war with Israel.
Hamas has not fired rockets or balloons of burners to Israel from Gaza for several weeks, but dynamic between Hamas and Israel remain fluctuating.
