CAIRO: Egypt and Israel are carrying high level discussions in both states Sunday to shore up a fragile truce between Israel and the Hamas militant group, and also reconstruct the Gaza Strip following a punishing 11-day warfare that left a lot of the beachfront enclave in strikes.
