GENEVA: UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet expressed Thursday worries over Israeli enemy attacks from the West Bank and noticed this might be described as war crimes if discovered contrasts and disproportionate.
“If seen to be shrouded and disproportionate within their own effects on civilians and civilian objects, these attacks could constitute war crimes,” Bachelet told a session of the UN Human Rights Council.
