ISRO spy case: serious problems need to be melted, the center tells HC

Kochi: Detailed investigations are being carried out in the case of ISRO Spy and serious problems need to be examined, the central government has told Kerala High Court.
Responding to the anticipatory guarantee submitted by former police officials referred to as accused of being accused of this case, the assistant public lawyer submitted that the investigation carried out is now based on the direction of the Supreme Court.
In accordance with the Supreme Court order, the Jain panel report is considered a preliminary report.
The ongoing probe is being carried out in detail and serious problems must be investigated, the court is told.
The central government also told the court that the CBI explored the investigation had reached Thiruvananthapuram.
First the defendant S Vijayan and Thampi S Durgadutt, who was accused of the first and second in this case, had appeared before the investigative officer, the advice was submitted.
Because the case record has not been reached before the High Court, hearing about the bail application was postponed until Thursday by the court.
Anticipatory guarantee request from 11 was accused of PS Jayaprakash, who was a central intelligence officer suspected of participating in questioning charges in a spy case, it would also be heard by the court on Thursday.
The central government has told the court that public additional lawyers will represent the hearing on Thursday.
The former Scientist of Isro Nambi Narayanan, who was named accused in a spy case and was later released by the Supreme Court, also approached the High Court, through Advocates C Unnikrishnan, opponent anticipatory bail applications accused of frame-up.
