Jain was surprised because he did not make a transaction or he also did not accept OTP for it.
When he checked with a bank, he knew that someone had made three transactions worth 68,733 from his credit card.
When he wants to file a complaint to the bank, the bank refuses to say that it is not eligible to receive the number again because online transactions have been completed with the right procedure.
