It Is for Centre to Select objections to Lakshadweep draft Law: Kerala HC

Even the Kerala high court Monday said it is all up to the Central authorities to determine whether to take the responses to this draft Lakshadweep city and country planning law.
The law is one of the controversial policy changes initiated by secretary Praful Patel and islanders are also opposing it stressing it would eliminate the property rights of their tribal community.

The petitioner had searched 30 times longer to record objections to this draft law.
