Argentina moved two places to sixth after winning the Copa America final against Brazil, who moved to second place and crashed into French world champions into one third.
Belgium, who was eliminated by Italy at the euro quarter-final stage, remained the top ranking international team in the world, while finalists who were defeated by Britain remained fourth.
The United States moved to 10 places to 10th place after winning the CONCACAF Gold Cup, while Mexico, which they defeated in the final, climbed two places to ninth.
Qatar is the biggest drive, up 16 places to reach 42 places after reaching the golden trophy semi-finals, matching their highest ranking.
