Italy reported 67 Coronavirus deaths on Thursday, 8,569 new cases

Rome: Italy reported 67 deaths related to Coronavirus on Thursday against the previous 60 days, the Ministry of Health said, while the new infection daily calculation rose to 8,569 from 7,891.
Italy has registered 132,618 deaths related to Covid-19 since the plague appeared in February last year, the second highest victim in Europe after the highest English and ninth in the world.
This country reported 4.84 million cases to date.
Patients at the hospital with Covid-19 – not included in intensive care – standing at 3.509 on Thursday, up from 3,447 the day before.
There are 37 new acceptance to the intensive care unit, increasing from 34 on Wednesday.
The total number of intensive care patients declined to 422 of the previous 423.
Some 595,812 tests for Covid-19 were carried out on the last day, compared with 487,618 before, the Ministry of Health said.
