Pune: Reception to 966 Institute of Industrial Training (ITI) in Maharashtra for more than one lakh seat will start from Monday through the online application process.
Vocational Directorate of Education and Training (DVET) announced the revenue process after the SSC results were issued by the State Council.
Receipt has been opened for 91 personal and government courses in Maharashtra.
There were 417 governments and 549 private training institutions in Maharashtra where the reception process began on Saturday.
There were 96,000 government seats and 55,000 private seats to be contested this year.
DVET Director, drawn Dalvi, said, “Of the total 91 courses, there are 11 courses where students who have not passed the STD X exam can also register.” The right schedule will be announced on the DVET website but candidates can fill out the form with basic details and collect all the documents needed to find reception.
Students can also fill out the form through the Mahait application of their smartphone.
Dalvi said there was at least one iti in each taluka and hence 358 Talukas had 417 government itis.
In the tribal area, there are 61 institutions.
Dvet has also initiated a scheme for candidates where they can obtain the necessary skills and also receive scholarships.
