New Delhi: Johnson & Johnson has submitted an application for authorization of Emergency Use (EUA) from a single dose vaccine Covid-19 in India, said Major Healthcare Global on Friday.
“On August 5, 2021 Johnson & Johnson Pvt Ltd registered for an EUA vaccine for one-dose to India,” said a spokesman Johnson & Johnson India in a statement.
This is an important milestone that paves the way to carry a covid-19 vaccine in a single dose of the company to the people of India, and throughout the world, through collaboration with biological e limited, the statement was added.

Earlier on Monday, the company said that it was still committed to bringing a dose-19-dose vaccine for India and looking forward to ongoing discussions with the Indian government.
