New Delhi: In great success for security forces, the oldest top commander Hezbul Mujahiden was shot down in a meeting in the North Kashmir hand district on Wednesday morning.
“One of the oldest commanders & over Hezbul Mujahidin, Mehrazuddin Halwai aka Ubaid is neutralized in Handwara Encounter.
He was involved in several terror crimes.
This is a big success,” said Kashmir IGP.
