Srinagar / Jammu: The restriction process is a complex problem and not only arithmetic, said the commission restriction at the end of their four-day visit to Jammu & Kashmir.
Overcoming a press conference at Jammu and almost in Srinagar, a member of the Commission said the process would be resolved in a transparent way and the final draft would be included in the public domain to objections and associated queries consulted.
After discussing with political parties, civil society groups and heads of NGOs in the state, members of the Commission signaled the provision of representatives to people belonging to the scheduled tribes and scheduled caste groups in the assembly.
Chief of Sushil Chandra’s Commissioner, who is a member of the former commission office, said: “In the last four days, we met 290 groups in Srinagar, Pahalgam, Kishtwar and Jammu.
There was an extraordinary response and people traveled far to meet us.
