SRINAGAR: The J & K government on Saturday stops the service from one judge and a forester, and prematurely retiring an official in the corporation of forest development due to a different error.
While Judge Mohammad Yousuf Alai was fired for allegedly resulting in fake fake retreat (RBA) certificate in 2000, Krimwal Kriswal Forester was fired because of the alleged false qualification certificate and block manager of Parvaz Bakshi forests were considered prematurely to gather great wealth.
Outside the source of its known income, said an official spokesman.
“On the recommendation of the court full of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court and Ladakh, the Governor of Lieutenant has ordered the termination of Mohammad Yousuf Alai’s service, civilian judge, Division JR / Munsif (under suspension) with direct effects,” said a spokesman.
