J-K: The Cost Regulatory Committee called for an investigation into PVP school financial affairs in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: The committee of the school regulations in Jammu and Kashmir has called for a thorough investigation of the leading private school financial affairs here and asked the Union regional government to appoint independent issues to investigate this problem.
The Fixation Committee and Regulation of Private School Fees (FFRC) also requested authority to submit a report within two months.
Prima Facie seems to be the “well thought out” plan, “Delhi Public School, Athuwajan in Srinagar” is being used to get big money, FFRC said, which has a former Judge and Kashmir Hakim Muzaffar Hussain Attar as his chairman.

“FFRC is under the legal liability to ensure that there is no educational commercialization,” Panel said in an order passed on Monday.
While the examination of costs and other records of the school, which was founded by DP DHAR warnings in 2003, was found that trust had vijay Dhar and his wife Kiran Dhar besides their two sons, FFRC said.
It is said that the trustee of Vijay Dhar and Kiran Dhar and other people have provided financial assistance to the DPS Memorial Trust, and the creditors release and collect a 12 percent interest in the money loaned by them, which is more than bank costs.
“Statement of acceptance and payment shows that the number between Rs 40 Crores to 50 Crores has been received for three years mentioned above (last),” the committee said.
These acceptance and payment statements these years “show that every loan every year is being developed by a group of certain people to school and they receive back, prime facie, more than what has advanced as a loan to school / trust,” the FFRC message said.
FFRC – who owns the Secretary of Bose Manha Sarin and Director of School Education, Kashmir, Tassaduq Hussain Mir, as its members – said it gave birth to what was a requirement for advancing loans every year in dealing with massive income.
school.
“Indeed, the 12 percent interest has been demanded and received on loans.
This loan facility is provided by landowners / landowners.
Even financial institutions almost do not collect 12 percent of interest on commercial loans,” he said.
“Having a school in the requirements of getting financial assistance, the financial institutions / banks scheduled must provide the same as little interest in the view that financial assistance is needed to carry out the affairs of educational institutions, which provide education, if not a charity work,” FFRC said.
Going down a lot in school, the committee said leases were collected by trust members, who happened to be land landlords.
“Also, 11 cars have been stored in schools without determining who they are and what the need to keep 11 cars in educational institutions …” he said.
“The amount of more than RS 3.2 Crore has been spent on repairs and maintenance that gave birth to answers about how large amounts have been spent on repairs and maintenance in one financial year,” FFRC said in its order.
Similarly, large quantities – more than RS 18 Lakh – have been paid as expenses for hostels and food, when schools are non-boarding schools, and large costs have been made on advertisements, traveling and running cars, words performed.
“From the facts mentioned above, Prima Facie appears with a well-thought out thought plan, educational institutions are being used to get big money, where money cannot be obtained by large business homes,” FFRC said.
FFRC is under the legal liability to ensure that there is no commercialization of education, the Order said.
The committee said that it was very important to get school finances asked by independent authorities.
“The facts that have been going on from the record in this case are calls for a thorough inquiry in the school financial affairs of the DPS, Athuit, Srinagar, to ensure that there is no commercialization of education,” he said.
“To secure the purpose of the Jammu School Education Act and Kashmir, 2002m and repeated orders of the Supreme Court to ensure that there is no commercialization of education, therefore ordered the government to appoint an independent authority to see and ask in financial affairs of DPS, Athuit, Srinagar, Especially in the light of observations made in this order, “he said.
The committee said the authorities who asked would submit their reports to FFRC within two months from the date of appointment.
