Mumbai: Vaccination on Tuesday will be done for only three hours between 2pm and 17:00.
Civil authorities said they had received 95,000 doses of covishield which would be distributed to vaccination centers only on Tuesday morning.
This is the second time in a week that the city will see the trimmed timings.
Last Friday, BMC had to reduce vaccination hours due to lack of doses.
City executive health workers, Dr.
Mangala Gomare, said that the centers may be able to take doses only during the day, the time has been suspended until 2 noon.
Vaccination will be held according to regular hours on Wednesday.
On Monday, the main commotion broke out at the RN Cooper Hospital where hundreds of students gathered with only 200 slots.
Many students complain they were not given tokens, while others said they had made several rounds but could not be vaccinated.
