Jac announced the results of class XII, passed% age better than last year

Ranchi: Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) on Friday announced the results of class XII from batch 2020-21 and the overall pass percentage was 89.65.
The overall percentage pass is better than last year, which is 74.20.
The results were announced by the Minister of Education Jagarnath Mahto.
The percentage of pass among girls was 87.38% in science compared to 86.66% among boys.
In trading, 92.95% of female students passed, compared to 88.31% of boys.
In art, 91.44% of girls were declared successful compared to 89.73% of boys, thus girls defeating boys.
The results were significantly better than last year with 86.89% of students through science, 90.33% in trade and 90.71% in art.
Last year, the percentage of pass was 58.99% in science, 77.37% in trading and 82.53% in art.
Sixty-four percent of students secured the first division in science, 59% in trading and 25% in art.
As many as 3,31,056 students, including 88,145 in Science, 33,677 in trading and 2.09.234 in art, has appeared for inspection.
Speaking to reporters here, Chairman of Jac Arvind Singh said they were not satisfied with the results they could complaints on the Council complaint cell on August 6.
He added that student complaints would be handled as soon as possible.
Of the 100, 80 was assigned based on the results of class XI and the remaining 20 was based on practical exams or internal assessments.
A JAC official said that it was because of the hard work of the board that the results could be stated before the July 31 deadline provided by the Supreme Court.
