Jaipur: A 17-year-old girl allegedly raped by his neighbor and threatened him to look after the mother.
The problem was revealed when a doctor found that the girl was pregnant, followed what she revealed her trials.
His parents immediately went to the police station and filed FIR on Thursday.
The police said that the defendant was named in FIR and lived near the girl’s house.
He has sexual harassment on many occasions but the girl is constantly threatened not to talk about this problem.
The police have ordered the defendant based on the part 376 (rape) of the IPC and children protected from the actions of sexual violations (Pocso).
The defendant is currently in process and the police say that the girl’s statement will soon be recorded in this case.
