Jaipur: 90% buses booked for weddings

Jaipur: Before the congressional rally scheduled on Sundays, private bus operators met RTOS in their respective districts to secure permission for a wedding at the same weekend.
After convincing the department that they will provide the available buses for the general meeting, they have managed to get permission.
The rate at which they will provide the bus will be decided by the authorities.
Meanwhile, Roadways officials claimed that they had not received a bus request for a rally.
Anil Jain, President, the Bus Operator Association, told Tii, “This weekend there are many marriages because this is one of the most profitable dates and most of our buses are ordered for the same thing.
Initially, because the rally there were several problems to get permission But bookings for weddings were well in advance and we could not cancel it.
Nearly 90% of the bus was ordered and finally we had permission also for marriage.
Every bus available will be provided for rally in return for payment.
“Other bus operators also claim that This is the peak season for them to get income and one of them said, “Because of the pandemic, this is the first time in two years that the wedding season occurs normally and it is also an opportunity for us to benefit to overcome sustainable losses because of Covid.
While we don’t mind giving a bus for a political general meeting, We have a previous order for weddings that cannot be canceled at this time.
“Meanwhile, only those whose double vaccinations will be allowed to attend the Mega Party’s rally on price increases and inflation here on December 12.
They without double vaccination must bring a negative report from the RT-PCR test.
Massive rally is being held in protest against inflation.
