Jaipur: A fired fired out against eight police officers including the Station House Officer (Sho) from the Tunga police station for allegedly defeating a 30-year-old man in locking.
Fir they were registered against the Tunga Sho Ramesh Chand and seven staff members identified as Heera Lal, Nema RAM, Satya Prakash Sharma, Rajendra Meena, Megha Ram, Ashok Kumar and Amar Singh through a court complaint on Friday.
In Fir, Monu Lata alleged that he was called to the police station on January 2 in connection with complaints against his brother.
The complainant alleged that the police staff forced him to take out his clothes, leaving him in a semi-naked condition.
He alleged that the police struggled, hit him in his personal part and made him illegally detained in locking for more than 24 hours.
Lata claimed that the Tunga police involved it in the wrong case.
The FIR also accused that on January 10, a police officer threatened to submit a second case if he did not attract his complaint submitted in front of a senior police officer.
In Fir, Lata claimed that he and his family were very afraid even when senior police officers did not respond to their requests.
FIR is archived under various IPC parts.
Investigation of this case was led by the assistant commissioner of the police.
