Jaipur: The parents of a 16-year-old girl submitted FIR at the Mansarovar police station after they found that their daughter was pregnant.
Police said that a case was submitted against the defendant, who lived in the neighborhood, under the protection of children from the acts of sexual violations (Pocso).
Parents accused their complaints that their daughter complained of pain when they took her to the doctor.
The doctors found that the girl was pregnant about one month.
When they talked to him, he expressed his trials that the defendant had raped around nine months ago.
Police said the defendant had been identified and efforts were being carried out to arrest him.
