Jaipur: Navratri, Durga Puja will be a low key this year

Jaipur: Navratra and Durga Puja will see a low-key celebration this year because of a pandemic.
Although the celebration is being held for Dandiya and Durga Puja, there will be a limit to people who are permitted on the night of Pandal and Dandiya.
Sheela eye temples in Amber will remain closed for worshipers because administration has not given permission.
Palace City Coordinator Pramod Yadav said all rituals would be carried out in the temple but no worshipers would be permitted.
Other big temples, Durga’s eye temple in Durgapura, will allow Darshan from 20 feet away with 20 people at once.
No prasad or any offerings to Dewi will be permitted.
Mahendra Bhattacharya, Mahanant from the temple, said if the administration decided to cover the temple, they would stay.
